中国（China）海牙认证

中国与海牙认证（Apostille）：

在2023年3月8日，中国正式通过其驻荷兰大使提交了加入1961年10月5日的《海牙关于取消外国公文书认证的公约》的申请。这标志着中国正式启动了加入这一简化公文书认证流程的国际公约的程序。

一旦公约在中国正式生效，中国出具的公共文件将可以通过所谓的“海牙认证”或“加注”简化其在其他海牙公约成员国的使用流程，而无需再经过繁琐的使馆或双认证。该公约也即将于 2023 年 11 月 7 日在中国大陆正式生效。

海牙认证常见文件：

在公约生效后，中国需要用于其他海牙公约成员国的常见文件可能包括：出生证明、死亡证明、婚姻证明、离婚证书、学历/学位证书、无犯罪记录证明、商业合同等。这些文件将可以通过简化的“海牙认证”流程在公约成员国内得到法律承认。

此次中国的决定将大大简化与其他公约成员国之间的文件交流流程，有助于进一步促进国际经贸和人文交流。

Authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, the Foreign Affairs Offices of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government can issue the certificates to public documents emanated within the respective administrative areas.
