危地马拉（Guatemala）海牙认证
危地马拉（Guatemala）于2017年加入了《废除外国公共文件合法化要求海牙公约》，该公约于2017年9月18日生效。因此，与《公约》其他成员国进行成功的法律沟通不需要危地马拉文件的外交认证或领事合法化。这些文件只需要由签发国当局出具的加盖“加注”印章的加注证明即可在目的地国有效。
加入了“关于民事或商事事务中外公证文书效力的海牙公约”（通常简称为“海牙公约”或“海牙公证公约”）。这意味着危地马拉的公证文件可以在所有签署该公约的国家中得到承认，同样，具有Apostille章的外国公证文件也可以在危地马拉得到承认。
