拉脱维亚（Latvia ）于1995年5月11日加入《简化文件认证海牙公约》；《公约》于1996年1月30日生效。
拉脱维亚加入《海牙公约》:
拉脱维亚对于《关于公文认证的海牙公约》（1961年）是签署国，并于2000年2月30日正式加入。
