韩国海牙认证（Republic of Korea Apostille）

大韩民国（韩语：대한민국；英语：Republic of Korea，South Korea），简称“韩国”。韩国位于东亚朝鲜半岛南部，总面积约10.329万平方公里（占朝鲜半岛面积的45%），通用韩语，总人口约5200万，首都为首尔。韩国是一个发达的资本主义国家，是APEC、世界贸易组织和东亚峰会的创始成员国，也是经合组织、二十国集团和联合国等重要国际组织成员。韩国于2006年加入了 海牙公约，因此，韩国的文件经过海牙认证即可在全球超过100个公约成员国使用。韩国外交部和司法部负责进行文件的认证工作，现在韩国也提供电子版的海牙认证。韩国各政府部门和授权机构出具的，以韩语或英语书写的文件可以进行认证。韩国的主要贸易伙伴是美国、日本、欧盟、中国、东南亚、台湾等。 韩国的工业品平均进口关税为8%。

如果你在韩国需要用到美国的出生证明，你得先给这个证明做个海牙认证。海牙认证就是一种特殊的印章或者纸张，加在你的文件上，让其他国家知道这份文件是真的。这个过程大概是这样的：

• 先拿到美国的出生证明： 你得有一个美国政府发的正式出生证明。
• 在美国做海牙认证： 因为美国签了海牙公约，所以你得把出生证明拿去你出生那个州的一个政府部门，比如州务卿那里，让他们给你的证明盖个海牙认证的章。
• 需要的话翻译一下： 如果韩国那边说必须要韩文版的，那你可能还得把这个有了海牙认证的出生证明翻译成韩语。有时候翻译的版本也得认证一下。
• 在韩国使用： 搞定海牙认证和翻译之后，这份出生证明在韩国就能用了，比如办签证啊，户籍登记什么的。
