摩尔多瓦（Moldova）在《海牙公约》上取消了2006年废除对外国公共文件合法化的要求。因此，成功与公约其他成员国的法律沟通不需要外交认证或领事合法化公共文件。这些文件仅需要由Apostille证书证明，并在其上有“ Apostille”盖章，以便在其目的地状态下有效。
摩尔多瓦是一个中低收入的小经济体。尽管按欧洲标准该国仍然是一个低收入国家，但摩尔多瓦自2000年代初以来在减少贫困和促进包容性增长方面取得了重大进展。
