如何提交文件进行认证或Apostille？

1. 提交需要认证或Apostille的文件。

2. 填写认证订单表格。https://portal.ct.gov/-/media/SOTS/Forms/Updated_Authentications_Form_Rev2-2022.pdf

3. 包括所需的费用：

每份认证40美元

如果与收养儿童有关的认证，每份费用为15美元。

（不要付现金，可以使用个人的check或者money order，Credit card或者Debit card也可以）
